I have just come upon the Option Method and love the simplicity of [the] questions. They are true to human nature.

I have been doing dialogues with myself, and have had some quite startling realizations. It is clearly a very powerful tool!

I know I will keep using this method probably for a long time to come, if not forever! I am indebted to Bruce as well as you Deborah, for continuing to spread his legacy. It’s sheer GENIUS!

I cannot adequately express my thanks for the perspective on life and on myself that Wendy Dolber has helped me awaken to during the past few months. …

Recommended: The Lazy Man's Guide to Enlightenment by Thaddeus Golas

This gem from the 70's is a delight of honest, straightforward suggestions to feel better about yourself, climb out of "weird" mental places, know "how to experience enlightenment when it strikes" and be happier. I love the opening words: "I am a lazy man.  Laziness keeps me from believing that enlightenment demands effort, discipline, strict diet, non-smoking, and other evidences of virtue."  I couldn't agree more.  So many of us are afraid that left to our own devices, we would be lazy, meaning we would sit like a bump on a log for the rest of our lives. But if you think of laziness simply as a letting go, a moment of silence, a willingness to be present and still, amazing things happen.  Golas reminds us to "trust the flow of the universe" and shares helpful reminders such as "love as much as you can from wherever you are".  What else do we need to know?  The book is available on Amazon.
